100% Satisfaction Guarantee
At greenCLEAN, we strive for excellence in every home. If you are not completely satisfied with any area we have cleaned, please contact our office within 24 hours of your service. We will return to your home within one business day to re-clean the area at no additional charge. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds or discounts in lieu of a re-clean, but we are committed to ensuring the job is done to your 100% satisfaction.
Insurance, Liability, and Safety
We prioritize the safety of your home and our team. greenCLEAN carries comprehensive liability insurance and a fidelity bond for your protection. We also handle all employer-required taxes and workers’ compensation for our technicians, shielding you from IRS tax liability. While we are diligent with security systems, we are not responsible for alarm-related charges or failures to arm/disarm systems according to instructions.
Bio-Hazard and Pet Policies
For the safety of our staff, we cannot clean areas containing bio-hazards, including human or animal feces. If such conditions are present, those areas will be skipped, but the full service fee will still apply. We love pets, but we are not responsible for pets that escape during entry or exit. If your pet has special needs or might be stressed by visitors, we recommend boarding them or securing them in a designated area for the duration of the clean.
Cancellations and Fees
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 72 business hours’ notice or less will incur a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled service. For One-Time, First-Time, or Move-Out cleanings, a 14-day notice is required to avoid being charged the full estimated amount. A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure specialty bookings, which will be credited toward your final invoice upon completion of the service.
Recurring Service Termination
We value our long-term relationships with clients. If you wish to permanently cancel or reduce the frequency of your recurring cleaning schedule, we require a minimum of two weeks’ notice. Notice provided less than 14 days before your next appointment will be considered a late cancellation and will be charged at the full service rate.
