Cancellations & Rescheduling

At GreenCleanLA, we reserve time specifically for your home. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled 72 business hours or less before the scheduled service date, the customer is responsible for the full cost of the estimated service. This ensures our team remains scheduled and compensated for the time reserved for your cleaning.

One-Time & Specialty Cleanings

For all One-Time, First-Time, and Move-Out/Move-In Cleanings, we require a minimum of 14 days' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide this notice will result in the customer being responsible for the full cost of the estimated service.

Booking Deposits

To secure your appointment for One-Time, First-Time, or Move-Out Cleanings, a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable but will be fully credited toward the final cost of your cleaning service upon completion.

Recurring Service Adjustments

If you wish to temporarily pause, permanently cancel, or reduce the frequency of your recurring cleaning cadence, GreenCleanLA requires 2 weeks' notice. Any notice provided less than 14 days before the next scheduled service will be treated as a late cancellation and charged at the full service fee.
